The Eorzean Nightmare

Veteran Adventurer: Kodie has been an Adventurer for over 15 years, so there is no doubt he would have run into many fellow adventurers, soldiers, thugs, dancers, merchants, crafts, etc. So want to come up with an idea on how they met in the past? I’m all for it!

Technology Expert: With the lack of Aether to use, Kodie relies on technology to assist in his lines of work. He’s a trusted associate to the Skysteel Manufactory, and Garlond Ironworks, trading tech ideas between one another. Kodie even has a decently sized shop in the basement of his house where he has an Allagan node as an assistance, a Magitek Generator to power his home, as well as many other surprises.....some may not be legal..

Calamity War Survivor: Kodie was not at Cartineau, but was battling the Garleans in another location, to be precise East Thanalan near where the Burning Wall stands. He barely survived the explosion that was caused when the piece of Dalmund’s Moon crashed. I always believed while the main battle was in Cartineau, there had to have been plenty of skirmishes all around Eorzea. I also believe Kodie wasn’t the only soldier who survived the skirmish.

The Eorzean Nightmare: A sort of alter ego of Kodie’s. The Midlander bares no love for anyone that tries to enslave others, and with go very extreme means to make an example of those who attempt to do so. The same can be said about other injustices. While Kodie actually detests violence, if anyone threatens to people he cares about, his ruthless side will show and nothing will stop him from accomplishing his goal. So if you need someone to take out a crime ring he deems worthy of a violent end. Look him up.

Operative: Of course the Eorzean Alliance had used Black Ops Specialists in certain missions around the world during the war with the Garlean Empire. Perhaps you have teamed with him in such missions.

Adventure Time!!: Kodie loves exploring ancient ruins, and lands that not many have ventured. He’s seen his fair share of everything from Allagan, to Machi, and even Amdapori, but he knows he’s only seen the tip of the iceberg. Need an experience Adventurer to lead your expedition? He’s your guy! You’ll often find him at Ul’dah where he deals with most of his contacts.

A Mentor those who need it: Kodie learned first hand that becoming an Adventurer is no easy task. He worked hard to get where he was, and is well off thanks to it, but he would admit that he had help along the way, and with out it he could have ended up like the countless would be Adventurers where there lives ended prematurely. Kodie has no qualms paying it forward, willing to help newbie Adventurers if they sought it. He has dreamed about starting a training center for new Adventurers when he eventually retires. Until then, he has no problems mentoring someone in need.
